Who can use Luvu?
Luvu is for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may request identity verification at any time.
How do I report a member?
Open the member's profile, tap the “…” menu, and choose Report. Select the reason that applies and submit. Our moderation team reviews every report, typically within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
Open the member's profile, tap the “…” menu, and choose Block. Blocked members cannot see your profile, message you, or appear in your discovery feed. Blocking is immediate and permanent unless you choose to unblock.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. Your profile and personal data will be erased within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through the respective platform.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of an initial purchase if you have not yet used any premium features. For purchases made via Apple or Google, refund requests must be directed to those platforms. For all other cases, contact us at support@sparkle5.com and we will review your request. I forgot my password. What do I do?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and enter your registered email address. We will send you a password reset link valid for 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
My account has been suspended. What do I do?
If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us at support@sparkle5.com with your registered email address and a brief description of the situation. We review every appeal and aim to respond within 3 business days.
How do I exercise my data protection rights?
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data. Send a written request to support@sparkle5.com. We will respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
